Ford’s Colony Williamsburg Breaks Ground on Eaglescliffe Condos Williamsburg, VA
August 9, 2006 With more than 60 units reserved, Ford's Colony has broken ground on its first luxury condominium project - Eaglescliffe - which will bring maintenance-free living to the heart of Ford's Colony Williamsburg.

Presales on the condominiums opened this summer and will culminate in a sales weekend this fall. The property where the condos will be located is in the process of being cleared and graded with construction scheduled to start this fall. Completion of the first two buildings is expected to take a year.
The 84-unit condominium project will feature units ranging from 1,700 to 2,200 square feet with prices starting in the mid $500,000s.
